Call for Papers for RANLP 2025 Workshop 'LM4DH 2025'

CLARIN-IT is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 1^st Workshop on Natural Language Processing and Language Models for Digital Humanities (LM4DH 2025), organized by some members of the CLARIN network, including Francesca Frontini (CNR-ILC | CLARIN-IT | DiPText-KC | CLARIN), as a satellite event of the 2025 edition of the Conference on Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP 2025).

RANLP 2025 will be held in Varna (BG) from 8^th to 10^th September 2025, will be preceded by a Summer School on Deep Learning and Large Language Models in NLP (from 3^rd to 5^th September 2025) and some Tutorials on current topics and cutting edge technologies (from 6^th to 7^th September 2025) and will be followed by some Workshops on specialised NLP topics (from 11^th to 13^th September 2025).

LM4DH 2025 will take place on 11^th September 2025 (full day).

LM4DH 2025 aims to create a collaborative platform for researchers, practitioners and students from a variety of fields to explore the application of AI-driven techniques in the Digital Humanities.

Through interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange, the Workshop seeks to foster innovative methodologies, promote best practices and cultivate a research community dedicated to advancing computational approaches to human culture, memory and history.

The deadline for the paper submission has been extended from 6^th to 20^th July 2025.
