Call for Papers for RANLP 2025 Workshop 'LM4DH 2025'

 

CLARIN-IT is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 1st Workshop on Natural Language Processing and Language Models for Digital Humanities (LM4DH 2025), organized by some members of the CLARIN network, including Francesca Frontini (CNR-ILC | CLARIN-IT | DiPText-KC | CLARIN), as a satellite event of the 2025 edition of the Conference on Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP 2025).
RANLP 2025 will be held in Varna (BG) from 8th to 10th September 2025, will be preceded by a Summer School on Deep Learning and Large Language Models in NLP (from 3rd to 5th September 2025) and some Tutorials on current topics and cutting edge technologies (from 6th to 7th September 2025) and will be followed by some Workshops on specialised NLP topics (from 11th to 13th September 2025).
LM4DH 2025 will take place on 11th September 2025 (full day).
LM4DH 2025 aims to create a collaborative platform for researchers, practitioners and students from a variety of fields to explore the application of AI-driven techniques in the Digital Humanities.
Through interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange, the Workshop seeks to foster innovative methodologies, promote best practices and cultivate a research community dedicated to advancing computational approaches to human culture, memory and history.
The deadline for the paper submission has been extended from 6th to 20th July 2025.
