Call for Papers for CLiC-it 2024

CLARIN-IT is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Papers for CLiC-it 2024.

The Italian Conference on Computational Linguistics has reached its 10^th edition. In this decade CLiC-it has become an important reference forum for the Italian community of researchers working in the fields of Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing. To celebrate this milestone, CLiC-it 2024 will be hosted in Pisa, just like the 1^st edition of the Conference.

CLiC-it aims at promoting and disseminating high-quality, original research covering different aspects of automatic language processing and involving both written and spoken languages. Furthermore, it seeks to showcase cutting-edge theoretical findings, experimental methodologies, technologies and application perspectives that may contribute to the advancement of its fields of reference.

The spirit of CLiC-it is multi- and inter-disciplinary. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of language phenomena and the need for interdisciplinary expertise, the Conference aims at bringing together researchers from different fields, such as Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Knowledge Representation, Information Retrieval and Digital Humanities. Contributions on all languages, with a particular emphasis on Italian, are welcome.

CLiC-it 2024 will be held in Pisa from 4^th to 6^th December 2024. Detailed information on the event venue will be soon available in the Conference Web site.

CLiC-it is an initiative of the Italian Association of Computational Linguistics.
