Selection of a PhD student under specialization for the CLARIN Annual Conference 2018
Participation in the CLARIN Annual Conference 2018 is financially supported by CLARIN. For each accepted presentation one author will be granted reimbursement of travel costs (up to 220 Euros) as well as free accommodation and meals.
For this year's edition CLARIN Executive Director proposed to extend (and financially support) participation in the Conference to young scholars in order to make future researchers aware of the advantages and opportunities offered by the CLARIN Infrastructure.
Each National Consortium has the right to select an additional participant, provided that he/she is a PhD student. The student selected will be invited to present his/her research work (and its relations with CLARIN) in a special session dedicated to the ongoing studies conducted by PhD students under specialization.
Anyone interested in participating is asked to send a half-page abstract on his/her research work to CLARIN-IT National Coordination.
The deadline for applications has been extended from 17th to 19th June 2018.
